General care instructions

To keep your new office chair beautiful for a long time, it should be cleaned regularly. Here are a few practical tips on how to care for your office chair and how to properly treat and clean leather, synthetic / faux leather and fabric. Vacuum the upholstery thoroughly first using a vacuum cleaner with the appropriate attachment, and then, for leather and leatherette chairs, wipe all surfaces down using a warm, damp cloth.

Description

Explorer - Design meets function

The Explorer office chair combines timeless design with noticeable ergonomics – while offering a price-performance ratio that is hard to match in this class. For anyone who values comfort, support and a high-quality working atmosphere in the Home Office without having to spend a great deal. The breathable backrest made of flexible mesh provides pleasant air circulation and gently adapts to the shape of your back – so you stay fresh and well supported even on long days. The impact-resistant armrests in a modern Edge design support a comfortable arm and shoulder position and, at the same time, promote a natural, ergonomic sitting posture. On the wide seat with firm, robust padding, you have stable support at all times; the abrasion-resistant fabric cover retains its shape and colour even under intensive use. The rocking mechanism with individually adjustable spring tension enables dynamic sitting and can be locked when required – ideal for bringing body and mind into motion from time to time. The whole concept is complemented by a stable nylon base that gives the chair a solid foundation and at the same time a modern, lightweight appearance. The Explorer combines comfort, function and style in a surprisingly fair overall package – for a sitting sensation that makes every day a little more pleasant, at a price that fits really well.

Backrest with breathable mesh covering - the flexible mesh structure adapts to your back while improving air circulation
Impact-resistant armrests in modern Edge-Design – support a comfortable arm and shoulder position and promote an ergonomic sitting posture
Comfortable, wide seat with pleasantly firm padding and durable fabric cover (50.000 abrasion cycles)
Shaped foam core – retains its shape, prevents sagging and therefore provides consistent comfort throughout the day
Rocking mechanism, spring tension individually adjustable to body weight, lockable
Sturdy nylon base
Equipped with load-dependent braked multifunction castors, suitable for all floors. This means the chair only rolls under load; when unloaded, the castors brake to prevent unintended rolling away
