The goods are shipped in their original packaging in disassembled condition.
Assembly is to be carried out by the customer in a few simple steps. No assembly is required for gas springs, footrests, etc.
SHIPPING BY PARCEL SERVICE
Shipping by parcel service is to the front door. Please note that a telephone notification is unfortunately not possible for deliveries by parcel service. It is also not possible to arrange a fixed delivery date, as we have no influence on the routes of the delivery staff. In some cases, it has proven useful to leave a message with instructions on the doorbell/front door/mailbox for the parcel delivery person on the day of delivery, in case you cannot always be present.
SHIPPING BY FREIGHT FORWARDER
A telephone notification will be made by the freight forwarder before delivery. Delivery is curbside.

INFORMATION ON CALCULATING THE DELIVERY DATE
For prepayment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution; for other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends on the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
