We provide a warranty of up to 10 years for our products from the brands hjh office and mybuero (see product description). The warranty period begins on the invoice date. Our warranty applies throughout the European Union.
If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, we, as the guarantor, will provide one of the following services at our discretion under the terms of this warranty:
- Free replacement delivery of the defective components or
- Free exchange of the goods for an equivalent item
(possibly also a successor model if the original product is no longer available)

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage caused by:
- Improper or inappropriate use
- Environmental influences (moisture, heat, dust, etc.)
- Failure to observe any safety precautions
- Failure to follow the operating instructions
- Use of force (e.g. punch, push, fall)
- Unauthorized repair attempts
- Normal wear and tear
- Transport damage
A claim under the warranty requires that we are able to examine the warranty case, either by receiving the goods or by receiving meaningful photographs of the damage. Please ensure that the goods are packaged appropriately to prevent any transport damage.
To request warranty service, you must include a copy of the original invoice with the returned goods or send it to us in advance by email or fax. We reserve the right to refuse warranty service if this proof of purchase is not provided. The invoice copy is required to verify the warranty period. You must also provide the seller's name and address unless this information is already stated on the invoice.
If the warranty claim is justified, we will cover the shipping costs. Any shipping costs you have already incurred will be reimbursed.
Services performed on the goods under the warranty do not extend the warranty period.
Any goodwill gesture remains at the sole discretion of HJH Office GmbH.
Note:
Your statutory rights arising from the purchase contract concluded with us are not restricted in any way by this warranty promise. In particular, any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise.
If the purchased item is defective, you can always contact us under your statutory warranty rights, regardless of whether a warranty claim exists or whether the warranty is being used.
