A. Instructions on right of withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 2 months without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 2 months from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HJH Office GmbH, Christoph-Selhamer-Str. 2, 82362 Weilheim, Germany, Tel: 0049 (0)881 / 924 521-10, Fax: 0049 (0)881 / 924 521-29, E-Mail: service@buerostuhl24.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (forwarding goods) are estimated at a maximum of approx. 50 euros for each such item.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Linked/financed transactions

If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already flowed to us when the withdrawal becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract is for the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currency or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for it.

General information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight forward.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
