Please note that it is not possible to exchange the castors prior to shipment for logistical reasons (unless otherwise stated in the product description). Ich bin mit dem Stuhl sehr zufrieden und deshalb Wiederholungstäter. Ich hatte den alten Stuhl jetzt 10 Jahre und ihn nur ausgetauscht, weil die Gasdruckfeder defekt war. Aber es spricht ja für den Monza, wenn ich mir nach 10 Jahren den gleichen Stuhl wieder bestellt habe.
