No-Noise technology is a groundbreaking innovation in the hard-floor castor segment. The use of two rings on the fastening pin compensates for play in the pin holder and minimises vibrations or the "ringing noise" of the running pin on the base when the office chair is rolled over an uneven surface (e.g. tiled flooring). This technology supports quiet and smooth rolling on different floor coverings and can reduce friction-related abrasion.
