Role note
The multifunction wheels supplied with this chair are suitable for both carpet and hard floors. Please note that it is not possible to exchange the castors prior to shipment for logistical reasons (unless otherwise stated in the product description). In addition, we recommend for hard floors, the use of a protective floor mat.

das Material hat bei uns beiden Kopfschmerzen verursacht .Ein Grund um keinen Stuhl mehr in Kunstleder zu kaufen.

Der Stuhl kam zeitnah und ließ sich auch von einem Laien wie mir problemlos zusammenbauen.Was mir persönlich sehr gut gefällt ist die Optik. (ein echter Hingucker)Über die Belastbarkeit und die Qualität des Materials kann ich mir jetzt noch kein Urteil erlauben.Dazu muss er erst mal länger in Gebrauch sein.Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt alles top

Ich habe meinen Stuhl um Weihnachten bestellt, deshalb wurde die Lieferung durch DPD aufgehalten.(Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert, ja, aber nicht Ihren.)Als der Stuhl ankam, war alles dabei. Nur der Sitzstoff war auf der unteren Seite etwas beschädigt. Da ich jedochsowieso nichts davon sehe im Alltag, hat mich dies in meinem Fall nicht gestört. Der Stuhl war sehr angenehm zusammen-zubauen und ist jetzt auch noch nach 2 Monaten sein Geld wert. Ich sitze mehrere Stunden am Tag, da ich studiere und viel von zuhause aus lerne. Funktioniert gut. Ich würde mir dennoch wünschen, dass in der Zukunft keine Beschädigungen vorkommen.
