In our circular hub in Berlin, which covers an area of no less than 1,000 m², we have brought together all of our logistical know-how and assembly facilities under one roof. Since 2023, we have also been breathing new life into new and barely used furniture: office chairs that Bureaustoel24 has purchased or taken back from its customers. In this way, we extend the lifespan of office chairs and desks and contribute to a growing circular economy.

With sustainable office furnishings, we consciously make a contribution to a circular economy. At Bureaustoel24, a sustainable office is both feasible and affordable! We have an extensive range of refurbished office chairs: used office chairs that have been given a new life. Not only do we return the office chair to its original condition, we can even make functional improvements by combining it with other mechanisms and armrests. Refurbished office chairs of the highest quality
“Refurbished” means that the products have only been used briefly and/or in a business environment. The general rule is that the office chairs were hardly used or not used at all. Therefore, some superficial signs of wear may be present. However, all chairs will:
- cleaned;
- technically checked;
- and equipped with new parts and/or additional functionality if necessary.
Since we thought about modular production early in the production process, individual parts can be easily exchanged and replaced. A single adjustment can create a completely “new” office chair. Our circular products are therefore in perfect condition and have the well-known “ Bürostuhl24 ” quality. After this thorough examination, they are offered in the Netherlands and Belgium at an attractive price. We now have a considerable base of (business) customers who would like to be informed when refurbished models are available again.

Quality control
We check every office chair for functionality, technical components and signs of wear such as scratches or worn upholstery.
Ready for use
Once the office chair is sold, it can be transported to the customer. Before the product is loaded, we clean it thoroughly and check it one last time. To avoid damage in transit, the chair is partially disassembled and we usually work with our own shipping companies.
