Affiliates who do not comply with these rules may be removed from the affiliate programme immediately and will lose any claim to commission, including retroactively. Please also read our affiliate terms and conditions before signing up for our programme. The rules:

• As a rule, we do not work with voucher or coupon websites, except exclusively with a very small number, very rarely and only in exceptional cases. Promoting vouchers is generally prohibited unless they are approved for promotion in the promotions tool and assigned exclusively to the affiliate. If you use coupons that were not assigned to you, you will be removed without warning.
  
• As a rule, we do not work with cashback systems, except exclusively with a very small number serving closed user groups, e.g. on employers’ intranets.
  
• As a rule, we do not work with loyalty systems, except with a very small number, only rarely and in exceptional cases.
  
• We recommend that voucher, bargain and cashback partners familiarise themselves with our affiliate terms and conditions, review their individual contractual agreements and contact us via the contact form if they have any further questions.
  
• Traditional shopping databases and price comparison sites: please do not sign up for our affiliate programme; instead, contact us directly. We are happy to work with you, but directly via pay per click. That way you do not take cookies away from affiliates. We want the affiliates who work right at the start of the customer journey to be paid for their efforts as well.
  
• SEA: anyone using our product names in paid search marketing, whether as keywords or in ads, without being expressly authorised by us, will receive a warning and be removed in the event of a repeat offence; direct links, including multi-step links, from SEA to our pages are also prohibited. Of course, you may advertise your own pages using generic search terms. But if in doubt, exclude our brand names as “negative” keywords in your SEA accounts right away. That way we avoid conflict from the outset.
  
• Brand bidding: If you use our brand name in SEA on any platform, whether as a keyword or in ads, you will be removed without warning. We monitor the use of our brand name worldwide across all search engines, on all device types and at all times. Don’t even try it.
  
• Dedicated website(s): Only registered websites may participate. URLs/websites added after confirmation of the partnership must be submitted in writing and approved before any promotion for us may be integrated.
  
• Tracking links: we provide you with tracking links on the platform for your registered websites, which you can use to link to our website. Please do not use any links that have not been provided to you by us. Using these tracking links also makes it easier for us to identify errors together with you and ensure that you may still receive commission in such cases.
  
• The classification of your affiliate business model into the affiliate categories at Awin or other affiliate networks is important to us; participation in our affiliate programme is only possible with the categorisation stated at registration; please do not provide false information here, otherwise we may have to exclude you from our affiliate programme.
  
• We recommend updating the product data at least once a day in order to capture price, delivery and stock changes as accurately as possible. We provide updated data via our networks twice a day at around 0 o’clock and 12 o’clock.
