Your tasks after a thorough induction period:

• Support for our customers by phone and email
• Technical advice and sales of our products such as office chairs and office furniture
• Order processing and complaints handling
• You will serve both end consumers and resellers

Your profile:

• Fluent German and French
• Commercial training, possibly prior experience in online retail and/or furniture retail
• Proficient use of PC, standard Office programs, the Internet in general, and, after training, our merchandise management software
• Enjoy working with customers, friendly and customer-oriented demeanor
