We hope that the advertising material enclosed with this mailing has sparked your interest in our products.
Below, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR.

In the course of purchasing target group-oriented data records, we obtained your first and last name as well as your postal address and now use these for the purposes of direct postal advertising. Both the purchase of your personal data and its storage and use for direct advertising purposes are based on our overriding legitimate interest in contacting potential interested parties by post for advertising purposes in accordance with Art. 6 para.1 lit. f GDPR in conjunction with Recital 47 GDPR.

Our aim is to use this to draw your attention to interesting offers and information about our products.

RIGHT TO OBJECT pursuant to Art. 21 para. 2 GDPR You may object at any time, with effect for the future, to the storage and use of your data for advertising purposes by sending a corresponding message to the controller named above. Upon receipt of your objection, we will in any case cease processing your data for advertising purposes and arrange for the deletion of your personal data stored by us. Deletion will only not take place if continued storage of your data serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

In addition to the right to object, applicable data protection law grants you the following data subject rights, provided the legal requirements are met:

Right of access pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR:

In particular, you have a right to information about your personal data processed by us, the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period or the criteria for determining the storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, complaint to a supervisory authority, the origin of your data if these were not collected from you by us, the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, where applicable, meaningful information about the logic involved and the significance and intended consequences of such processing for you, as well as your right to be informed of the safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR where your data are transferred to third countries.

Right to rectification pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR:

You have the right to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate data concerning you and/or the completion of incomplete data stored by us.

Right to erasure pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR:

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data if the requirements of Art. 17 para. 1 GDPR are met. However, this right does not apply in particular if the processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR:

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data while the accuracy of your data, which you have contested, is being verified, if you oppose the erasure of your data due to unlawful processing and instead request the restriction of the processing of your data, if you need your data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims after we no longer need this data for the original purpose, or if you have objected on grounds relating to your particular situation, pending verification of whether our legitimate grounds override yours.

Right to notification pursuant to Art. 19 GDPR:

If you have exercised your right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing against the controller, the controller is obliged to notify all recipients to whom your personal data has been disclosed of this rectification or erasure of the data or restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed about those recipients.

Right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR:

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another controller, where technically feasible.

Right to lodge a complaint pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR:

If you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the GDPR, you have the right - without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy - to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
