Sustainability
1. Transport and logistics – working with our logistics partners
Together with our logistics partners, we work to make our shipping and transport processes efficient and avoid unnecessary effort.
Our logistics partners use various measures to optimise their transport processes and manage greenhouse gas emissions. Information about the respective measures is provided by the logistics service providers on their own information pages.
2. Optimised packaging
When packaging our products, we make sure to use packaging materials purposefully and avoid unnecessary packaging steps.
We continuously review our packaging solutions and adapt them to the specific requirements of our products.
3. Reuse and refurbishment in returns management
Together with Best-Dealz24, we inspect returned products for their condition and continued usability.
Suitable returns are refurbished – depending on their condition and technical suitability – and can then be offered again.
Among other things, we rely on the following measures:
- Combining usable components from multiple products
- Adapting models where technically possible
- Refurbishing different variants and versions
- Inspecting and reusing suitable spare parts
- Targeted dispatch of available spare parts
Not every return can be refurbished or reused. Further handling depends on the condition, quality and technical suitability of the respective product or component.
4. Advice and service – personal support when choosing products
Since the founding of HJH Office GmbH, personal customer contact has been our focus – including in online retail.
Through our availability and personal advice, we support our customers in choosing a suitable product.
Selecting the right product as accurately as possible can help avoid incorrect orders and unnecessary returns.
Our approach at a glance:
- Personal expert advice when choosing products
- Extended right of return for an informed purchasing decision
- Flexible availability from 8:00 to 18:00
- Optimised product descriptions and videos with information on product features
- Advice on different product variants and possible uses
- Depending on commuting distance, mode of transport, frequency of travel and the respective circumstances, working from home can help avoid journeys between home and the workplace.
