The factory-supplied castors are only suitable for carpeted floors. For hard floors, such as parquet, laminate or tile floors, special hard floor castors are needed and are available from our accessory assortment. Please note that it is not possible to exchange the castors prior to shipment for logistical reasons (unless otherwise stated in the product description).

Das erste Paket wurde beim Versand stark beschädigt. Nach einer schriftlichen Beschwerde mit Beweisen wurde sofort ein Ersatz geschickt. Der Kundenservice ist ausgezeichnet. Die Qualität des neuen Stuhls ist sehr gut und dem Preis angemessen.

Schlechte Abwicklung

Unvollständige Lieferung (sind zwar nur Schrauben und Unterlegscheiben, aber dennoch nicht zu wenige davon haben gefehlt).Hab zwar eine Gutschrift erhalten, aber es war ein hin und her mit Zahlungserinnerungen an fehlende Beträge. Katastrophe!Servicefreundlichkeit war zwar gut (deshalb 2 Sterne), aber die Abwicklung insgesamt verärgert als Kunde.

Schnelle Lieferung, beschädigte Ware, schlechter Service

Der Bürostuhl wurde zügig geliefert. Beim Aufbau stellte ich grobe Schäden fest.An Sitzfläche und Rückenlehne war das Mesh eingerissen. Sowie etliche Schmarren an den Kubstoffteilen. Nach erfolgter Rückholung wurde mir dann von Erstattungsbetrag die Retoure abgezogen.

Very good quality and value for money. The instructions are clear and it is easy to assemble. One small issue though some screws were missing but since it was a regular size it was easily replacable. Overall a very great and genuine product. Just go for it!
